Return/Replacement policy details

If a Dropship Reseller's customer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, the customer will return the item to the Dropship Reseller in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. If the product delivered isn't as advertised or damaged and is returned, the Dropship Reseller will refund the purchase price. The Dropship Reseller cannot refund if the customer simply changes their mind.

Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. The Dropship Reseller will issue a full refund, to the customer, on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge.

The item is the customer's responsibility until it reaches the Dropship Reseller. Therefore, for the customer's own protection we recommend that the customer send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the customer for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to the Dropship Reseller is the customer's responsibility.

Alternatively, if the customer prefers a replacement, the Dropship Reseller will exchange the item.

The Dropship Reseller will contact the Dropship Wholesaler to confirm the customer has returned the item, and the Dropship Wholesaler will send the customer a replacement and refund the Dropship Reseller the wholesale amount. The cost of returning the replacement item to the customer is the Dropship Wholesaler's responsibility.
