We have a strict duty

the Go An Ah Play Games® Dropshipper's Network indicates you have given
your consent to share your contact details with other members for the
purpose of dropship wholesale and dropship retail of your and other
members games. Also, as required by law, we may
share information with governmental agencies or other companies
assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation.
We may do
so when:
(1) permitted or required by law; e.g. disclosure to
various government departments and agencies such as the Australian
Taxation Office, CentreLink, Child Support Agency, or disclosure to
courts under subpoena.

actual or potential fraud or unauthorised transactions; e.g. where a
crime, fraud or misdemeanour is committed or suspected, and
disclosure against the customer's rights to confidentiality is
